Return & Refund Policy 

At Right Choice Travel Store we take pride in delivering high-quality, customized products tailored to your unique vision. Because each item is made to order, we've crafted a return or refund policy that balances customer satisfaction with the nature of personalized goods.

Custom Orders are Final Sale

Due to the personalized nature of some of our products, all custom are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun or the item has been delivered. This includes items with custom text, color, graphics, sizing, or any other personalized specifications. 

Order Accuracy & Approval

To ensure the accuracy:

Customer are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, mockups, or design confirmations before production.

Once approved, changes cannot be made, and the order will proceed as finalized.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or  with an error caused by us, we'll gladly offer a replacement or  store credit. To qualify:

Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

include your order number and a brief description of the issue

We will assess the claim and respond within 2 business days with the next steps

Errors Not Covered

We are not responsible for:

Customer errors in submitted designs

Slight color variations due to screen differences or printing process.

Wear and tear from normal use

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

A replacement cannot be provided

the item is proven to be defective and return if requested 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
